Help is in a few places, but the main help is under your Club News menu.
Go to My Page in the top menu and then choose help for members
The forum : Using your club pages will eventually have lots in it as people ask for help.

Hi there Jenny
You are right I think for friendliness, service and knowledgeable staff keep us coming back to the shop.
I had a similar experience as you in a shop in a trendy inner melbourne suburb, I was collecting fabric bundles and had at least $300.00 worth of stuff in my arms when a young Mum with a pram came in and asked for some help to make a cot quilt, I was shocked to find the staff unwilling to help her, they did everything but help her and she left the shop thoroughly discouraged. I dumped my stuff on the counter and left the shop running after her, as a teacher I am so keen to be the first quilt for people, how else do they get our incredible generous craft under their belt. I encouraged her to go to another patchwork shop that was around the traps, and I never went back to pick up my stuff. The shop ended up closing - one knows why!!!
I make sure I let my students know if I have an affiliation with the shop at all, and I make sure I give the students every opportunity to have a good experience in our patchwork shops.
Yes, we appreciate service, tolerance, good humour and a great range, however we also appreciate the time staff give us, especially as we do the fabric dance.
